Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SUPX, including the website at supx.agenticjuris.com and any related mobile apps (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Agentic Juris LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service is not medical advice. The Service provides general information about dietary supplements, summaries of published research, and links to videos and to third-party sellers. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not create a doctor-patient or pharmacist-patient relationship. Always talk to a doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified health professional before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement, medication, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on the Service. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. 2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

3. Information generated by artificial intelligence. Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence to search, summarize, and organize information. AI-generated content can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Research summaries describe what studies have reported. They are not recommendations, and they are not claims that any supplement will diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You are responsible for verifying information with a qualified professional before relying on it.

4. Accounts. You may use some features without an account. If you create an account, you sign in with a link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. You may delete your account at any time from within the Service or by contacting us.

5. Third-party products and sellers. The Service links to products sold by third parties, including Amazon and other retailers and brands. We do not manufacture, sell, ship, or warrant any product. Your purchase is a transaction between you and the seller, governed by the seller's terms. Product descriptions, ingredients, prices, availability, and certifications come from third parties and may change or be inaccurate. Always read the product label and the seller's information before buying or using a product.

6. Affiliate relationships. We earn commissions when you buy through some links on the Service. This does not change the price you pay. Commissions never affect which products or sources we rank or link to, and we link to the best option we find even when we earn nothing from it. 7. Videos and YouTube. The Service uses YouTube API Services to find and play videos. By watching videos through the Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) applies to YouTube's handling of your information. Videos are created by independent third parties, and we do not endorse their content or any claims made in them.

8. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through automated means without our permission, interfering with its operation, attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, copying or reselling the Service or its content, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

9. Our content. The Service, including its design, software, and original content, is owned by Agentic Juris LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Government and third-party content remains the property of its owners. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes.

10. Disclaimer of warranties. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY INFORMATION ON THE SERVICE IS COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PRODUCT IS SAFE OR SUITABLE FOR YOU.

11. Limitation of liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTIC JURIS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR HEALTH OUTCOME ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCT YOU BUY THROUGH IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agentic Juris LLC from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any lawsuit, you and we agree to try to resolve any dispute through mediation in Kerr County, Texas. Either party may start mediation by written notice to the other. The parties will share the mediator's fee equally and pay their own costs. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days after the notice, either party may file suit in the state or federal courts located in Kerr County, Texas, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead of mediating.

14. Changes. We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the Service or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Termination. We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
