Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Agentic Juris LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in SUPX (the "Service"). If you live in Washington, Nevada, or another state with a consumer health data law, please also read our separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
Our approach. We built the Service to collect as little as possible. We do not sell your information. We do not use your information for advertising. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Information you give us.
- Email address, if you create an account, so we can send you sign-in links and account messages.
- Health condition searches. If you describe a health condition to find related research, we process that text only to produce your results. We do not store it, and we do not link it to your account.
- Messages you send us, such as support requests.
Information collected automatically.
- Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device type, used to operate and secure the Service. Our hosting provider processes this data.
- Aggregate usage counts, such as how often a supplement is searched. These counts are not linked to you or your account.
- Affiliate link clicks. When you click a link to a seller, that seller may record the click under its own privacy policy.
How we use information. To provide and secure the Service, send sign-in links, answer your messages, and understand in aggregate which features and supplements are used.
Service providers. We use service providers that process information on our behalf and only under our instructions:
- Cloudflare for hosting, security, and sending email
- Anthropic for artificial intelligence processing of searches, including condition searches, which are processed to generate your results and not stored by us
- Google (YouTube) for video playback. When you play a video, YouTube's terms and Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) apply to that playback.
Sellers you visit. When you follow a link to Amazon or another seller, you leave the Service. That seller's privacy policy governs what it collects.
Selling and sharing. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Retention. We keep your email address while your account is active and delete it when you delete your account, except where the law requires us to keep records. We do not retain condition searches.
Your choices and rights. You can delete your account at any time in the Service. You can also email support@agenticjuris.com to request access to or deletion of your information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor them.
Security. We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect information. No system is perfectly secure.
Children. The Service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes. We will post updates here and change the effective date. Material changes will be announced in the Service before they take effect.
