Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Agentic Juris LLC collects, uses, and shares consumer health data through SUPX, as required by the Washington My Health My Data Act and similar state laws.

Categories of consumer health data we collect and why.

• Health conditions or goals you describe in a condition search. We collect this only to generate research summaries and supplement information you request. We process it at the time of your search and do not store it.
• Supplement names you search. We use these to show you supplement information and product links. We record only aggregate counts that are not linked to you.

Sources. We collect this data only from you, when you enter it into the Service.

Categories of consumer health data we share. We do not share consumer health data with third parties. Condition searches are processed by our processor, Anthropic, solely to generate your results on our behalf.

Third parties and affiliates we share with. None. Our processors act only on our instructions: Anthropic (artificial intelligence processing) and Cloudflare (hosting).

Your rights. You have the right to confirm whether we collect or share your consumer health data, to access it, to delete it, and to withdraw your consent. Because we do not store condition searches, in most cases we will hold no consumer health data about you. To exercise your rights, email support@agenticjuris.com with the subject "Consumer Health Data Request." We will respond within 45 days. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will decide your appeal within 45 days. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Washington Attorney General.
